When Mixed, This Cement Has Strong Bonding Power. No Need To Widen Cracks Before Patching. Self-Curing And Requires No Curing Agent Or Wetting Of The Surface Either Before Or After Application. Concrete Patch Will Cure Overnight And May Be Painted The Next Day. It Is Compatible With All Pool Coatings.
